RETURNS POLICY

Panther Teeth® offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are credited back to customers’ original form of payment: Visa, MasterCard, debit card or PayPal.

Please follow the Return Instructions and complete the Return Form (downloadable below) and include it within your package.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of items that are to be refunded or exchanged.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
